Link Lottery Solution runs on secure, reliable, high-performance computer hardware systems, enhancing data integrity. The solution platform supports both on-line as well as off-line transactions for lottery applications. At the retail level, Linkpos terminals also make a local data backup as well, in case GPRS communication has problem, an offline solution will be used as a backup solution to make sure no transaction will be lost.

The system and solution consists of:
1- Lottery TerminalsThe lottery terminal is a Gaming machine placed at retailer outlet / lottery kiosk for lottery transactions to be processed at the central computerized centre (Data Center) on real time basis through GSM/GPRS. It allows the gamblers to bet on the outcome of a Game.
2- Data Center – Lottery System and SolutionThe Data Center is a central system for Gaming operations. All the Lottery terminals communicate with the central system on real time basis through GSM/GPRS network (on-line transactions) and process their transactions in central system. For offline transactions, the lottery terminal make local data backup on smart chip card and process the transactions in central system through Off-Line Transactions processors.
The Lottery System & Solution offers:
Games management - Games management allows configuring game settings, such as price of the bet, distribution of revenues (state tax, prize payout, distribution commission), assigning game to terminals.
Draw management - This module provides lottery staff with all necessary tools to effectively manage the entire life cycle of a draw. Powerful tracking tools allow real-time monitoring of sales performance, payment of winnings in the context of entire sales capacity, regional offices, groups of points of sale or a specific terminal.
Terminal management - This module allows registering new terminal in the system, managing terminal settings, assigning operators and lotteries, ban/un-ban terminal, reviewing logs and statistics, locating / relocating terminal from one point of sale to another.
Retail network management module - This module allows managing regional offices, points of sale, service areas, sales areas and agents.
Sales Credits management - This module provides a lottery operator with the functionality necessary to control sales limits of all elements of retail network.
Reports - This module provides lottery staff with wide range of reports including sales reports, payments reports, cancellations reports, accounting reports, etc. Reports generator offers a number of diagrams that present data in extremely transparent format to support effective decision making.
Security management - This module provides necessary tools for advanced management of encryption keys, system users, user groups, roles and permissions.
System monitoring - This module monitors a technical state of entire central system, as well as lottery terminals and communication equipment. In case any problem occurs the system sends a notification to system administrator.
3- Communication Medium
The communication medium between the lottery terminals & data center is GSM/ GPRS. Other communication options like CDMA, Wifi & Ethernet are also available.
